Our Australian made thermal spa covers come with a huge range of options - 7 different colours, infinite shapes & sizes, three densities. Everything is customisable.

Shapes - Square, Rectangular, Round, Hexagonal, Octagonal, and variations thereof. Also available in custom freeform shapes such as Oval or Kidney, etc.

Covers are supplied standard as One Piece - Hinged (i.e. the 2 halves are stitched together with a joining flap to ensure water & debris proofing). Two or more separate piece covers are available also. One and two piece covers are the same price. Freeform and 3+ piece covers for larger / swim spas are available at additional cost as indicated.

Density - 
     Standard Density 25kg* - Standard Spa Cover - Suitable for most applications, particularly where overall maximum length does not exceed 2100mm, and spa cover is protected from the elements.
     High Density 75kg* - Heavy Duty Spa Cover - Suitable for spas up to and exceeding 2400mm in length, and for all spa covers exposed to the elements.
     Blizzard Super Duty 125kg* - Suitable for wide spans, extreme weather including snowfall, and for maximum protection against accidental damage to foam cores.
the kg ratings listed are a 'static load bearing capacity'. This refers to the dead weight the foam cores can support spread across the entire area of the foam panel. This does NOT mean a 75kg person can step on the cover bearing all weight on one small area of the foam core. The extra strength of the high density and blizzard covers comes from the density of the polystyrene beads - the more compressed / compacted together, the stronger the cover foam core. the higher the density, the higher the actual weight of the spa cover also.

Thickness - 100mm tapering to 55mm allowing for rain runoff. (thicker on 3+ panel covers)

Construction - Polystyrene foam inner sheets tapering from 100mm thickness to 55mm thickness, cut to your custom shape and measurements. The foam panels are then  further strengthened with two aluminium t-bars inserted along the centre seam and across the foam panel in the centre. These strengthen the panels against weight damage and resist 'bowing' due to the elements. They are then sealed in pvc plastic to prevent moisture entry. The completed panels are then slid into the custom made marine vinyl covers. The underside of the spa cover, which is subjected to the spas moisture and vapours is manufactured from waterproof woven polyethylene tarp vinyl. Zips fitted to the covers enable easy removal and reversal of the inner foam should they bow, or for foam replacement, should they be forcibly broken. The covers are fitted with 4 standard locks having a 200mm length from the top of the skirt. (different length available on request)
The cover is then wrapped for shipping to you.
