Shurgrip Spa Plumbing System Fittings

Shurgrip pipe / tubing is reinforced with continous spiralling rib designed to slip fit OVER 'smooth' barbed fittings on jets, manifolds, and other fittings.
This method of plumbing provides a greater performance for the whole system with the larger bores used in this tube in comparison to flexible pipe or rigid pipe, and is stronger ,more durable, and crush resistant compared to cvt vinyl tubing.
Also perfect for use on in-ground spas where cvt tube cannot be used, allowing new style Waterway Storm Series jets to be used safely for in-ground applications.

Shur-Grip glues over Barbs, where-as standard spa flex glues inside sockets which are more cumbersome and no longer a popular style of plumbing. Shur-Grip spa flex glues over the barbs on jets and manifolds in the same manner as clear vinyl tubing (CVT) listed above, does, except it requires no clamping, is reinforced, stronger, thicker walled, will not let go of the manifolds and jets - should only be used with smooth barbed fittings rather than ribbed barbs. Suitable for circulation pump suction lines and floor drain plumbing also. Replaces CVT tubing in all applications, especially high pressure applications such as Sundance Spas and others.
