LX Whirlpool Series Mechanical Seal Assembly - Pre 2017 DH1.0 and Pre 2007 JA, LP, WP series pumps - ceramic / carbon

LX Whirlpool pump mechanical seal assembly - suits: 

pre 2017 DH1.0 pumps and 
pre-2007 JA series, LP series and WP series pumps 

These seals are physically VERY different to those currently used - please check requirements before purchasing. 
These seals are unique with a very thin rubber on the ceramic. 
The impellers for JA, LP, WP pumps used with this seal design are no longer available so if the impeller also requires replacement, you will need to purchase a replacement complete wet-end or pump instead. 

​Spring loaded section - ID 14mm. Ceramic section - OD of outer rubber - 28mm (this dimension makes this seal unique)

See additional images of an old 2005 impeller/seal set up and pump label from a spa pump fitted with this seal - the rear of the impeller is very different to current. This older seal spring section slipped over the pump shaft sleeve. Newer seals have the new style spring section pressed into the pump body.
