In Australia, New Zealand and many countries around the world, all electrical work on spas, hot tubs and swimming pools (along with every other aspect of home electrical wiring and appliances) MUST be carried out by a properly qualified / licenced electrical tradesperson.
Failure to ensure work is carried out by such a person is illegal and dangerous.
Additionally we will not warrant any electrical component supplied unless proof of installation by a properly qualified person is supplied at the time of any warranty claim.
Electrical components supplied by Australian Spa Parts, that have evidence of installation, cannot be returned fr credit or refund under any circumstance unless deemed to have had a warrantable failure.
