The 'stretch' version of the grit gitter comes with additional components which extend the overall length to 900mm - this allows easy operation from outside the spa or pool. the pipe used can also be replaced with standard 1" / 25mm pipe of any length to suit your application. The added bonus of this version is that it also can be re-assembled as a standard smaller version as depicted above, however it utilises the larger vaccuum head as shown on the fully assembled stretch grit gitter shown (not the small vaccuum head shown on the short one) The stainless steel filter screen prevents re-entry of grit back into the spa. Easy clean design allows for quick easy access to the filter screen for rinsing, by a slight twist of the main body. Small and compact - designed to use from within the spa whilst bathing. 'It gets the grit while you sit!' Designed to pick up / remove sand, grit, dirt and other small particles from your spa. NOT made for removal of leaves and large foreign matter, which can easily be removed by hand or scoop. Overall length - 215mm. Chemically resistant construction.
