Two Pole, Single Throw 16A rated relay with 12v DC coil. Used on Printed Circuit Boards made by Balboa Instruments, onga, and many others.
Ensure coil voltage is correct when ordering. Other voltages and AC or DC coils available.
28.5mm L x 12.5mm W x 25mm H. Pins spaced 7.5mm apart (Width), 5mm apart (Length), 20mm from coil pins to closest contact pins. 
The NC (normally closed) contacts can be cut off for most spa pcb applications - the NC contacts are not used.
