Warranty information for products and parts we supply.
Warranty on Products (from date of supply from Australian Spa Parts, NOT date of installation unless stated below):
Waterway Viper Pumps – 2 years
Aquaflo Circ-Master and XP2 Pumps – 2 years
Elecro heaters, heat exchangers and Quantum units - 3 years
Xylem E-10 & E-14 pumps – 1 year parts
Ethink electronic controls - 2 years
Gecko Aeware electronic controls - 2 years
Davey (Spaquip) electronic controls - 2 years
LX pumps and blowers - 1 year parts up until 3 Oct 2016. 2 years parts 4 Oct 2016 +.
Balboa Water Group spa control systems & pumps - 2 years, and parts - 1 year
All other COMPLETE product - 1 year unless manufacturers warranty exceeds this.
All Sundance / Jacuzzi spare parts - 6 months (except pillows, lamps and fuses)
All consumables - Pillows, standard incandescent Lamps, pump Mechanical Seals - 7 days
All Fuses - Nil Warranty - Guaranteed at the time of despatch.
All other spare parts* - 6 months or as stated in the individual items description.
All warranties are PARTS ONLY – no labour charges for installation, removal or diagnostics incurred, are covered by Australian Spa Parts under this warranty.
*includes most heater elements, sensors & switches, circuit boards & panels, uv lamps, ozone lamps, pump parts, etc.
If manufacturers warranty alters and is different to that stated above, the manufacturers warranty applies.
To claim warranty:
1. You must be the original purchaser / Australian Spa Parts customer. Email us to advise the issue/symptoms along with original purchase details - serial number, receipt and date of installation. Email through images supporting the claim to show: serial number, the problem if visible, the overall installation of the product in relation to other equipment. You must be the original purchaser of the product.
2. Do not attempt any form of repair or modification or warranty will be void.
3. We will instruct on procedure required once we have all information in section 1 above.
Please note that warranty approval is at the discretion of the manufacturer. They will allow/deny as necessary and authorise repair or replacement.
A replacement new product is not able to be supplied pending warranty resolution.
Warranty on ALL product and parts covers manufacturing workmanship and materials defects ONLY. It does NOT cover failures resulting from physical damage, power supply issues, chemical corrosion, improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect.
Coverage on replacement parts supplied during the warranty period, does not extend beyond the original warranty period.
There is an expectation that products will be installed by a suitably qualified person or knowledgeable person. If you are unsure what is required, do not install without consultation with us.
In all instances, electrical / electronic equipment that is not externally plugged in, requires a qualified electrical tradesperson to install.
Electronic controller or board replacements are often required due to a faulty heater or pump etc. Failure to identify one of these components as faulty will possibly result in damage to the new component as well.
ALL spaside touchpads must be installed outside the spa 'moisture-zone' to have warranty coverage, regardless of spa manufacturers original touchpad positioning.
NO product purchased from Australian Spa Parts may be modified in any way without express written permission. This includes but not limited to:
Shortening or splicing touchpad cables, pump, blower, ozone or outher cables, drilling holes in the top of electronic control boxes, cutting supports, or otherwise marking or altering product from its originally supplied state.
Australian Spa Parts guarantees that products and parts sold, are free from defects in workmanship and materials (unless otherwise stated on the individual item).
This warranty is not transferable and replacements, repairs or credits are made only to the original purchasing consumer.
Australian Spa Parts shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential costs or damages inurred by the purchaser or others., including:
Damage from lost profits, goodwill, interruption of business, or any other damage not expressly stated.
Warranty conditions and timeframe are subject to change without notice by either the product manufacturer or Australian Spa Parts.
