LX KA series Spa Control System Retrofit Plumbing Kit

Retrofit plumbing kit to enable direct replacement of numerous spa controllers without alterning the plumbing utilising the existing threaded male tails on the spa plumbing.

The union components supplied standard with LX KA01 and LXKA02 systems is not the same thread used by most similar systems of other brands. The LX split nut is too tight to thread onto existing threaded male tails from alternate existing systems.
To overcome that, this kit allows direct conversion

It comprises 2 x USA 2" FPT heater split nuts, and 2 x gaskets

Purchase this kit if you are replacing the following spa systems with an LX KA01 or LX KA02 system:
Balboa GS, GL, or BP* series (*not all models - see below)
Gecko U-Class, S-Class, M-Class series 
Gecko Aeware in.xe or in.y series 
Hydroquip Pentair CS6000, CS7000, or CS9000 series 
Joyonway spa controllers 
Spaquip Digital 2000 (metal heater) 
Spanet SV series 
Spa Builders LX-10, LX-15, LX-20, LX-25, LX-30 series 

NOT required/suitable for the following spa system replacement (the replacement of these systems requires replumbing/replacing the LX system supplied union components):
Balboa Revolution or Colossus with plastic heaters 
Balboa GS100 series with 1.5" plumbing
Gecko Aeware in.xm or in.xm2 
Spaquip Spa Power 600, 750, 1000 series 
Davey Spa Power 601, 800, 1200 series 
Spanet XS series
