Sunrans spa pillow headrest mounting pin - suits some Sunrans pillows to convert from botton fixing to stud fixing. 

May also suit other pillows from other brands 

Used to replace pillows that originally had male studs sticking out the back and pressed into a receptacle on the spa shell.

These adapters push into the socket on the spa so that the new style pillow can fix over the button end

Suits socket hole of approx 10-100mm diameter - inserts 20mm into the socket
