Joyonway 2000w spa heater tube assembly - 2022+

See images for older incompatible versions - do not order this heater if your spa pack is fitted with a version that differs from the one available. It cannot be returned unless faulty.
There are multiple older incompatible versions with 1 x 4 pin and 2 x 3 pin plugs for the sensors as well as alternate component position/configuration. 
A replacement spa control pack will be required if the heater tube or sensors have failed, or an element only may resolve the problem if the failure is element only.

Ensure a licenced electrician has correctly identified the heater as the sole faulty component. 
It's common for the symptom of 'not heating' to be caused by a circuit board failure - not the heater.
