Magicmend 2" / 50mm Pipe Extender.
Use this repair fitting in order to replace a broken union, elbow, or any other 2" fitting without having to extend the existing pipe after cutting it from the fitting (effectively making the pipe too short).
The Magicmend pipe extender glues INSIDE the pipe increasing its length back to the original length so that when its subsequently glued into the replacement fitting, there will be no change to position of plumbing components.
Suits use when any type of 2" / 50mm fitting has been broken or Joint is leaking, including :
Pump or heater unions,
Couplings, elbows or bends
Diverter valves, isolation valves and all other fittings with a 2" / 50mm socket.
*NB - Because this Pipe Extender glues INSIDE the existing pipe, the pipe Internal Diameter MUST be 51.4mm - i.e. 2" Spaflex and class 18 pressure pipe ONLY.
Does NOT suit standard Class 9, 12, 15 rigid pressure pipe.
